PIC/CIC Code Database Site Launched

Posted on Saturday, February 6th, 2010

We just launched Allred Tech, a PIC/CIC code database site.

What is a PIC or CIC code? A PIC or CIC code is a 4-digit prefix that identifies a long distance carrier in North America or the Caribbean to a LEC. The LEC uses the code to properly route the call.

Why would I need to look up one of these codes? Many PIC and CIC codes can be manually dialed before placing a long distance call by dialing 101 followed by the PIC/CIC code. This forces your call to be carried by that PIC/CIC code’s carrier instead of your normal long distance carrier.

Ever hear of 10-10-321? When you use this service, you are dialing 101 followed by the PIC code 0321.

Check it out at Allred Tech.

Latter-day Temples Undergoing Renovation

Posted on Sunday, January 24th, 2010

Latter-day Temples.com will be temporarily unavailable while it is being redesigned. When it comes back online it will include basic information on every temple, such as dedication dates, and will have a place where you can enter your testimony of the temple to share with others. Rest assured, our popular Latter-day Temple World Map will be kept in the new version of the website.

If you have ideas for the new Latter-day Temples website, please let us know.
